YOU DESERVE TO FEEL MORE JOY IN LIFE
Therapy in Seattle and online throughout Washington State
Maybe You…
Feel anxious all the time—like your mind never fully gets to rest
Feel out of control, even when you’re trying your best to hold everything together
Are exhausted, overwhelmed, or sometimes just numb
Notice relationships feeling stressful, frustrating, or harder than they used to
Are stuck in cycles of perfectionism and shame that you can’t seem to break free of
Notice that your inner voice is harsh, critical, and never quite satisfied
Have spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you feel empty
Think about slowing down or prioritizing yourself…but you feel guilty—like you’re doing something wrong
Know you’re meant to feel more joy in your life…but you don’t know how to create the changes you want and need
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone —and there’s nothing wrong with you.
HI, I’m Jenna.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly hard on yourself, it makes sense that you’re exhausted.
Many of the individuals I work with have spent years trying to hold everything together—pushing through, taking care of others, and holding themselves to impossible standards. From the outside, it might even look like you’re doing “fine.” But internally, it feels like too much.
At some point, it just stops working.
In our work together, we slow things down.
You don’t have to show up perfectly or have the “right” words. You don’t have to force yourself to go deeper before you’re ready. We move at your pace, creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and real.
As someone who understands firsthand the complexity of growing up in a high-control religious environment, I know how deeply those experiences can shape the way you relate to yourself—especially when it comes to guilt, shame, and feeling like you’re never quite enough.
A big part of our work is helping you make sense of what you’ve been carrying—not as a personal failure, but as something that developed to help you survive, and giving yourself permission to set those burdens down.
From there, we begin to reconnect you with yourself—your needs, your boundaries, and what actually feels right for you.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER CAN LOOK LIKE
Life is stressful enough right now. Let’s make this part easy.
1
REACH OUT AND CONNECT
We’ll begin with a consultation where you can share what’s been going on in your life, I can answer any questions you have, and if it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session together.
2
MOVE AT YOUR PACE
In our sessions, we’ll create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and real. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
3
RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF
Over time, you’ll begin to reconnect with yourself—your mind, your body, and your needs. You will learn tools to feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more like yourself.
