I am currently accepting private pay clients for individual therapy online. I provide telehealth services for the greater Seattle area and Washington state residents. I am happy to offer free 15-minute initial phone consultations to meet and ensure our working together feels like a good fit. Please contact me below to schedule!

I offer a private pay rate of $140 per 53-minute individual session. I also reserve a small number of sliding scale/reduced rate appointment slots for clients in need of a lower-cost option. Please contact me for more information and availability.

Sama Mental Health is currently working to become in-network with major insurance providers in Washington state and hopes to be able to offer insurance based appointments in early 2026. For clients with insurance, I can provide superbills upon request, but I encourage you to check with your insurance provider regarding reimbursement.
