FAQS
Have questions about what it’s like to work together? You’re in the right place.
On this page, I’ve shared answers to some of the most common questions I hear. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you’re always welcome to reach out—I’m happy to help!
-
I’m based in Kenmore, Washington, and I work with clients virtually across Washington State.
-
I currently offer virtual sessions for clients across Washington State and am not offering in-person sessions at this time.
-
My fee is $140 per individual therapy session, and $40 per session for group therapy.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need a reduced rate. Please reach out for more information and current availability.
-
I do not currently accept insurance, but will be adding insurance-based payment options in later 2026. Services are currently private pay, and payments can be made using a credit card, HSA, or FSA.
I am also an out-of-network provider (OON), which means your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. Many insurance plans cover a percentage of therapy costs, even with out-of-network providers.
To make this process easier, you can also use the Thrizer benefits checker (below) to see what your insurance plan may cover and estimate your out-of-pocket cost before booking a session together.
If your insurance doesn’t cover out-of-network therapy, you can still pay out of pocket, and we’ll work together to ensure you get the support you need.

A consultation is simply a chance for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit!
Here’s what you can expect:
A brief conversation about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for
Time to ask any questions you have about my approach or the process
A chance for both of us to see if it feels like a good fit and talk through next steps
Consultations are a simple, no-pressure way to explore your options and take that first step toward support. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I would love to talk with you!
