Have questions about what it’s like to work together? You’re in the right place.

I’m based in Kenmore, Washington, and I work with clients virtually across Washington State.

I currently offer virtual sessions for clients across Washington State and am not offering in-person sessions at this time.
-
My fee is $140 per individual therapy session, and $40 per session for group therapy.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need a reduced rate. Please reach out for more information and current availability.

No, I do not accept insurance, and all of my services are private pay. Payment can be made using a credit card, HSA, or FSA.
However, I am an out-of-network provider, which means your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
Not all plans offer out-of-network benefits, and coverage can vary depending on your plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your specific benefits.

The first step doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. A consultation is simply a chance for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit.
Here’s what you can expect:
A brief conversation about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for
Time to ask any questions you have about my approach or the process
A chance for both of us to see if it feels like a good fit and talk through next steps
Consultations are a simple, no-pressure way to explore your options and take that first step toward support. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
