My home base is Kenmore WA, but I see telehealth clients all across Washington State.

I offer virtual telehealth sessions to clients throughout Washington state, but do not currently offer in-person sessions.

I offer a private pay rate of $140 per 53-minute individual session.

I also reserve a small number of sliding scale/reduced rate appointment slots for clients in need of a lower-cost option. Please contact me for more information and availability.

Sama Mental Health is not in-network with any insurance providers at this time.

*For clients with insurance, I can provide superbills upon request. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits and possible reimbursement.
